I have not used this specific blanket yet as it is a Christmas gift for my son. I did open it up to check the quality of it though and its fabulous. Several years ago my friend's son had a Binkeez dedicated to him. He was battling leukimia. He has sadly since loat his battle. I ordered a blanket to show my support. My kids loved my blanket so much that they would fight over whos turn it was to use it. So as a suprise i ordered them each their own child size one. My oldest son, who was 5 at the time formed a special attachemt to it. He still sleeps with it evwry night and when hes on the couch he is ALWAYS covered with it. I always see him rubbing the fabric between this thumb and index finger while he is watching tv and such. He is now 11...and MUCH bigger than he was when i got him his "airplaine blanket" (it is brown with airplaines with a red back) He has made a few comments this year about wishing his blanket was bigger bc he can no longer totally cover up with it. I got him this new blanket as a suprise for Christmas!! While it wont replace his original (im sure he will keep it) he is going to be psyched to have a larger one that feels the same to snuggle under. I knew going into it that i wasnt going to find the same material () but his favorite colors are black and red so i know this one will be a hit!! And i got 2 so he can have one at both his houses and not have to bring it back and forth (his dad and I are divorced). Thank you for doing what you do!! (And if by chance you have some of that airplane material left please let me know!! )
