Shipping & Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of shipping date. After that time we are unable to refund or exchange your purchase.
Your item must be unused in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards and sale items are not eligible for return. Damaged or defective items may be exchanged for the same or similar items if the original item isn't available. You are responsible return shipping costs and shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the order was shipped to purchaser directly, the refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within 2 weeks.

If you are shipping an item over $75, a trackable shipping service is suggested, as is shipping insurance. We cannot otherwise guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
