Where are you located? We're located at 159 Memorial Drive, Suite B in Shrewsbury, MA.

A product I've seen is no longer available. Our fabrics do get discontinued so if it is no longer available on our website, that inspiration fabric has been retired.

Do you have a different size? We only have the sizes listed on the product page in stock. 

Are your styling products for sale? Not for sale, but we will forward sample products to organizations which support children facing a life-threatening illness.

Something is wrong with my order. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@binkeezforcomfort.org. Once something has shipped, we can no longer make changes to your order.

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept all major credit cards.

How do I cancel an order? Write us at info@binkeezforcomfort.org. Once something has shipped, we can no longer cancel an order.

How do I use my promo code? You can enter your promo code in your shopping cart, just above the checkout button.

Do I need to create an account to shop from you? You do not! You can check out as a guest during checkout.

How do I check the status of my order? Once you log in to your account, you can check the order status page. Alternatively, you can send us an email at info@binkeezforcomfort.org to check on your order status.

Do you ship to...? We ship where our automated shipping tools allows us to ship to.

How much is shipping to...? All US orders over $100 receive free shipping! Express shipment options vary in price by destination and can be calculated on the checkout page. For more information, please check our shipping page

Something is missing from my order. Please email us at info@binkeezforcomfort.org, so we may correct any order error.

How fast is your shipping? We ship orders within 7-10 days.

How do I return/exchange? To return an unopened Binkeez, please send us an e-mail at info@binkeezforcomfort.org for return instructions.

Something won't load on the site. Please send us an email at info@binkeezforcomfort.org with a description of the problem and preferably a screen shot of the problem!

The site won't let me order. Please send the problem to info@binkeezforcomfort.org. If you need additional help ordering, email us the items you'd like to purchase and we can set up a custom order for you.
